Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to be fair and transparent. Please review the policy below for details on eligibility and timeframes.

Scope

This policy applies to professional services provided by SEEMA ENTERPRISES ("Mydia99"). Product or third-party platform fees are excluded and governed by respective providers.

Eligibility

  • Retainers and fixed-fee projects: eligible for pro‑rated refunds of unutilized work, subject to deductions for completed deliverables and non‑recoverable costs.
  • Time & Materials: hours already delivered are non‑refundable.
  • Discovery or strategy workshops: refundable if cancelled at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled start.

Timeframes

  • Refund requests must be raised within 14 calendar days from the date of the disputed invoice or milestone.
  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

How to request

  1. Email contact@seemaenterprises.shop with your invoice number, engagement details, and reason for the request.
  2. Our team will acknowledge within 2 business days and may request additional details.
  3. We will propose a resolution or refund calculation based on the agreed scope and work logs.

Cancellations

You may cancel services by written notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed at agreed rates. Prepaid amounts for undelivered work may be refunded per the eligibility criteria above.
