Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy applies to orders placed with SEEMA ENTERPRISES. Third-party logistics or platform fees are excluded and governed by respective providers.

Eligibility

  • Defective or damaged items: Eligible for replacement or refund if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Incorrect items: Eligible for full refund or replacement.
  • Custom orders: Non-refundable unless manufacturing defect is proven.

Timeframes

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

How to request

  1. Email contact@seemaenterprises.shop with your invoice number, order details, and reason for the request (with photos if applicable).
  2. Our team will acknowledge within 2 business days and may request additional details.
  3. We will propose a resolution or refund calculation based on the verification.

Cancellations

You may cancel standard orders before they are shipped. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Prepaid amounts for canceled eligible orders will be refunded per the eligibility criteria above.
