Use of website

Trading & Manufacturing Services

• Services are defined in individual invoices, purchase orders, or agreements.
• Prices, taxes, and payment terms will be specified in writing.
• You are responsible for confirming order details and timely payments.

Confidentiality & IP

• Each party will protect the other’s confidential information.
• Unless otherwise agreed, you own your branding; we retain rights to our manufacturing processes and designs.

Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
• Our total aggregate liability is limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
