These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are between SEEMA ENTERPRISES ("Mydia99", "we", "us") and the customer ("you").

Use of website

Professional services

• Services are defined in individual proposals, SOWs, or order forms.
• Fees, taxes, and payment terms will be specified in writing.
• You are responsible for timely inputs, approvals, and access needed to deliver services.

Confidentiality & IP

• Each party will protect the other’s confidential information.
• Unless otherwise agreed, you own your data; we retain rights to our pre-existing IP and know-how.

Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
• Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
